Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Fresh cut flowers are very delicate in nature and need to be taken care of after being presented to you.

We recommend the following:

• Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating, or cooling vents.
• Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators.
• Keep the arrangement in a cool area (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Add a small cup of water every other day or as needed.
• If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle.

Forever Rose Care

• Our preserved roses last up to 3 years without watering.
• Do NOT removed roses from their box.
• Resist touching roses or knocking things into them.
• Keep the roses out of the sunlight and high heat.
